If your account is suspended pending an investigation, Richman88 will complete an internal review within 14 business days. If no violation is found, your account will be reinstated and all balances returned. If a violation is confirmed, Richman88 reserves the right to forfeit any or all funds held in that account.
You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.
